Supply Hours Available in May, and beyond
We are currently seeking a supply ECE teacher for 3 days in May, with the potential for additional supply hours and a part-time position for the right person. The days needed immediately are May 22 and 23, hours running from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with an optional morning, from 10:00 am to 1:00pm on May 24. Lunch with the children and snacks can be included, if so desired, and the rate is $16/hour.
We will be interviewing suitable candidates from May 7 – May 11, and applicants must be willing to attend a 2 – 3 hour training session during the week of May 14, in order to familiarize themselves with our policies and procedure manual as well as the layout of the centre. The timing of this meeting is to be determined after the interview.
We are Vancouver’s first flexible occasional daycare and, as we are growing rapidly, there is an opportunity for this person to become a regular supply teacher, or part-time staff member. For more information about our daycare, please review the How it Works and FAQ sections of the site.
Successful applicants should come to the interview with their active license to practice in BC, first aid certificate, a police record check no more than 3 years old, and at least two references. Please send your Resume and Cover Letter to info@buddings.ca.

We received our license in November and are currently handling the start-up business with our core crew, but once things pick up, probably in the spring or summer of this year, we expect to hire a part-time Early Childhood Educator.
