Whether you’ve got grandparents visiting, an increase in contract hours, or just want to see what our second location is all about, switching, adding, and exiting the membership are extremely common requests that you can do yourself.
So here’s how you do it:
Step 1: Go to buddings.ca/forms and download the Membership Change Form. Or find it in centre. Find our Parent Handbook on the Forms page as well.
Step 2: Complete it by adding text and a signature with Preview for Mac or one of these 5 free PDF writers.
Step 3: Email it to firstname.lastname@example.org by the 15th for change to take place at the end of the month. You should receive an immediate response, and confirmation within 48 hours.
Forms received after the 15th will be processed for the next month.
Other notification may be subject to a $30 administrative fee.
